Refund Policy

We want you to pay for ListingSignal only if it works for you. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

Free trial: no charge if you cancel

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends (Settings → Billing → Cancel trial) and you will never be charged. We show the exact date and amount of your first charge in Settings → Billing.

14-day money-back guarantee

  • First payment. If you’re not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan (monthly or yearly) and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
  • Yearly renewals. Forgot to cancel a yearly plan? Ask within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund.
  • Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, charges after you canceled, or any other billing error are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.

When we refund a payment, the subscription it paid for is canceled. Monthly renewals after your first payment are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged again. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law.

Canceling

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, in two clicks. On a paid plan you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. You can undo the cancellation any time before then. Your contacts stay in your account until you delete them (Settings → Data & account).

How to request a refund

  • Email [supportEmail] from the email address on your account, and tell us which charge. We reply within 2 business days.
  • Or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the details on your receipt.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Sales tax charged on the payment is refunded with it.
