Where do the home values come from?+
Automated valuation models built on public records and recent sales. Every report says clearly that it is an estimate, not an appraisal, and invites the homeowner to ask you for an exact number.
Will my contacts know it is a tool?+
Reports go out under your name with your photo, brokerage, colors and phone number. Replies come straight to you.
Is this allowed under anti-spam rules?+
You only upload people you know, confirm their permission on every import, and every email carries your office address and a one-click unsubscribe that is honored immediately.
How is the sell score worked out?+
Simple rules you can read: asking for a value, replying, clicking nearby sales, years owned, equity and more. Every score shows the reasons behind it, and a “not now” on the phone pauses it for 90 days.
How does the free trial work?+
Pick a plan and add a card to start a 7-day free trial with 10 address lookups. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends, and you can cancel in two clicks from Settings. One trial per agent.
What happens if I go over my plan's homes?+
Nothing breaks. Extra addresses wait in a queue and are looked up automatically when you upgrade or free up room. Contacts we can't match as owners never count toward your limit.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If your first payment wasn't right for you, ask within 14 days and we'll refund it. See our refund policy for details.
How long does setup take?+
